By purchasing a gecko from Witching Hour Reptiles,
you are acknowledging that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions listed below.

Payments:
All geckos are Held with a 35% non refundable deposit.
Geckos Under $150 must be paid in full.
Geckos up to $599.99 require a 35% non-refundable deposit, 30 day payment plans available.
Geckos $600+ require 35% non refundable deposit, up to 60 day payment plans available.
Prices do not include shipping.
60 day payment plans are only available for geckos over $600.
I accept etransfer, paypal F&F if in USA, or cash if local pickup/delivery.
Any payment plans exceeding the agreed time/dates will result in you losing the gecko(s), no refunds will be given. I will do one reminder message about payments, after that, any ghosting/failure to communicate will result in you losing the gecko(s) and payments made. Do not wait until the last day to communicate as that is very disrespectful to myself and my time.
Payments will be made in-between unless discussed otherwise. I will not do a deposit day 1 and the rest day 30/60.
​If you communicate with me, I will gladly work with you on payment to sort something out. I understand life can happen.

Sexing geckos:
If the gecko is stated as "POSSIBLE" male/female, that means that the gecko is still too small to guarantee the gender.
If the gecko is stated as a Male or Female, that means that they are big enough to be sexed accurately and that the sex is guaranteed. Please note that I will not guarantee any gender if the gecko is under 20grams, unless its a very obvious male.
If the gecko is labeled as "unsexed", that means they are too small to be pore checked and the gender is unknown.
*Hatchlings will not leave for their forever homes or be shipped until 5 grams*.

Shipping:
We currently have Canada wide & USA shipping available at buyers expense. We ship through Reptiles Express through their priority over night shipping. We ship out from Monday-Wednesday making your arrival dates Tuesday-Thursdays. Weather on each end must be safe in order to ship.

Canada to USA Shipping- The Canada to USA exports BEGIN at $435.00 CAD. This covers all import, wildlife inspection, broker & shipping supply fees. Imports are every 2 weeks running from April-December.

We are not responsible for tail loss during shipping, as well as on holds. Unfortunately these things happen and it is out of our control. We do not do refunds for tail loss as it doesn't effect the lineage, quality of life, breeding, value and/or potential of the gecko.

Refunds:
All Sales Are Final
I am not responsible for people changing their minds on a gecko after sending payment. That is your loss at the end, you will not be refunded because "you changed your mind", so ensure that you actually want the gecko before sending payment.
The only time 100% refunds will be given, is if the gecko arrives DOA (dead on arrival), passes away within our 7 day health guarantee (see "Health Guarantee" below), or if I choose to cancel the sale to keep the gecko (which I've always accepted my loss & sellers regrets, so I don't see this ever happening, but I want to add it incase).
Witching Hour Reptiles has full right to refuse a sale if I feel as though it is inadequate or unsafe for the animal.
Health Guarantee:
I do offer a 7 day health guarantee. You are responsible for letting me know when the gecko arrives within 45 minutes of the geckos arrival to ensure us that the gecko did indeed arrive safety. Photos are always a bonus since we love knowing that they made it safe and sound.
Failure to contact us will result in the 7 day health guarantee being voided. If your gecko becomes sick or passes away within those 7 days (proof will be required), a refund, a credit to another gecko or another gecko of the same value will be provided depending on what the customer chooses and what we have available in that time.
Health guarantees do not cover injury after arrival. Examples being: Injury from other pets, burns, mistreatment/neglect, tail loss, etc.
